Let us now introduce you to The Prime Minister by Thermodyne Foodservice Products, Inc. Through research, customer feedback and extensive test results Thermodyne Foodservice Products has produced a specialized and enhanced food cooking and holding piece of equipment that specifically meets the needs for Prime Rib preparation. The Prime Minister oven is designed specifically for slow cooking and then holding Prime Rib, Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Short Ribs and other proteins. The reliable cook and hold temperature capability allows The Prime Minister to consistently offer the same product every day.
Using Thermodyne’s patented Fluid Shelf® technology means any Prime Rib cooked in our oven will never be forced above the set temperature. This means yields as high as 96% and the meat can be held at a finished temperature for up to 24 hours with no product loss.
Features
The Prime Minister oven allows users to cook and hold the proteins for an extended period of time without negatively affecting the flavor or appearance of the product. With easy setup and functionality, the Prime Minister features a programmable smart controller with a temperature probe. Additionally, the controller offers Wi-Fi and networking capabilities allowing temperature monitoring, programming and data logging remotely on site as well as off site with a mobile app. The interior dimensions of the unit are 13.50″ W x 22.00″ D x 29.38″ H, which allows for 4.86 ft³ of cubic capacity and offers a maximum operating temperature of 230°F. Operating at 120 Volts / 15 Amps, the unit requires a simple single-phase power source. Optional features include a protective bumper base, additional heat transfer plates, an extension base, solid stainless steel doors, a solid back panel, and a stainless steel drip pan.

Premium cuts of meat can be held for extended periods of time, at an even temperature, without extreme spikes, drops, or temperature fluctuations. This enables products to be cooked at a lower temperature to produce a medium rare finish and be held for a prolonged amount of time. With precise cooking and holding temperatures, the Prime Minster minimizes shrinkage, which allows for greater yields.
The Prime Minister works very well with smokers. Smoking your proteins for hours and trying to maintain even temperatures is a thing of the past. Smoke your proteins to the desired level of smoke flavor and then transfer to your Prime Minister to finish cooking and then holding. No more wasting money on wood and electricity trying to maintain your smoker temperatures.
